Couture & Custom Alterations
Because custom-tailored garments, designer Lehengas, customized Shararas, and bespoke altered outfits are created uniquely for your specific measurements, all sales of custom or altered garments are final sale. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on couture orders once production has commenced or alterations have been made.
Standard Ready-to-Wear Items
For standard, non-altered, ready-to-wear garments and jewelry items, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition.
- All original tags, designer packaging, and security seals must remain fully attached and intact.
- The return must include the original invoice or receipt.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at info@SilkThreads.com with your Order Number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to ship your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or using clearance discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
